I do not want to receive meeting requests in my Inbox, but I do want them to
appear as Tentative in my Calendar so that I do not schedule a conflicting appointment myself. When the option is selected to have meeting requests go only to my delegate, the meeting does not show on my Calendar until the delegate responds. If I am at a meeting and must check my Calendar for availability for follow-up meetings, I may not know all the free times if my delegate has not yet responded to requests received. If I select the option to have meeting requests be automatically Accepted (rather than Tentative), that does not give the flexibility to determine which meeting has priority. |
