I find that when I create appointments over a year ahead (and show the time
as "Busy") the date is not highlighted in the calendar, although more imminent dates are highlighted. (Also, some past entries are not highlighted, despite being entered as "Busy", which makes it hard to look for past appointments by inspection.) What are the rules governing highlighting and can they be altered by the user, or is my copy of Outlook 2003 simply malfunctioning? |
