OK we are all using Outlook2003 on XP Pro machines, connecting to
Exchange2000, and what we would like to be able to do is view both a public
calendar, and the users calendar at the same time.

Is this possible, and if so how?

Add it to your public folder favorites - this should add it to the calendar
navigation pane so you can show it beside your others.
