Default Change the date & name on on same meeting and send to different g

example: I have 12 candidates to interview with 4 different people. we will
meet same place each time and same group. I would like to set up 1a meeting
(3 hour window) Type send candidate name in subject and send. Next time slot
(could eb next day) I will change name in subject and change date & time.
Not sure how to do this
