Outlook 2003
For project planning, In addition to using tasklist & weekly calendar for details task planning, I like to schedule multi-day blocks of time using calendar events to identify top priority projects for that time period. I then move the detail tasks to the calendar as appropriate. I can then use the event blocks and month calendar view for longer term project planning and scheduling. The problem is events don't skip weekends, so if I setup a 5 day project starting on a Wednesday outlook shows the project window ending on Sunday even though it will really end on Tuesday. How can I setup events with fixed durations to skip weekends? Thanks |
