Outlook 2007 calendar won't print multiple day events
 

When I print a monthly calendar in Outlook 2007, the events which span
multiple days (trips, etc.) won't print. In some cases, but not all, the
printed copy shows a partial blank entry on the first day. In most cases
other appointments are lower in the box for each day indicating that the
program "knows" there is a multi-day event above, but simply is not printing
it.
