Default Synchronizing 2 calendars

I need to find a way to keep two calendars up to date Real Time
All the additions and deletions must be done in both calendars at the same
time

I know that there are a lott of software packages that do this, but I need
to do it with just what Microsoft offers

Thanx in advance

Kind Regards

Frank I will start this of with a few ideas about what YOU need to tell us
before an answer is going to come for you:

which version of Outlook?
do you run Exchange server?
where are these two Calendars in relation to each other?

Here are some tips about how to post questions:

Hi Frank,

Microsoft do not offer any kind of synchronization software for calendars.

Not with Exchange on not without. You can "share" calendars with Exchange
Server but this is not a synchronization software.

For 3rd party tools, have a look on this sites:

Outlook synchronisation solutions:
http://www.publicshareware.com/outlo...escription.php
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm

Office Marketplace Outlook messaging tools:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...719621033.aspx

Maybe it helps.
