Hi all
i have 4 people who want to share a calendar in a business who are all using different versions of office ,xp and 2003 is there a way i can let them all view each others calendars successfully ? Thanks in advance |

Hi therecanbeonly1,
you could add the 3 users to the Exchange server and then you can share the calendar in Exchange or you could create a "PST file" in the PAs Outlook, share this PST file (witzh a 3rd party product) and you can synchronize the calendar of the PST with the Exchange calendar of the PA.
