Hi therecanbeonly1,

are you using Exchange Srever or only Outlook without Exchange?

Outlook sharing solutions (without Exchange):

Article about "sharing your Outlook information (by Eric Legault)"

Office Marketplace Outlook messaging tools:

Maybe it helps.

Hi therecanbeonly1,

you could add the 3 users to the Exchange server and then you can share the
calendar in Exchange or you could create a "PST file" in the PAs Outlook,
share this PST file (witzh a 3rd party product) and you can synchronize the
calendar of the PST with the Exchange calendar of the PA.

Both is possible.

Hi Oliver
The thing is that is already happening with 3rd party software ...namely
toltec connector and its causing major headaches for them and me i would like
a microsoft solution to the problem and i dont quite know how to ...because
theses people have archive folders from years gone by so i diont really want
to create another pst ...is there no way i can just share the current pst as
it is ?....they are starting to get on my case about this
now....lol.....thanks for your replies
