Default Problem adding appointments to calendar

Just installed Office 2003 on new Lenovo T60 Thinkpad and installed all
updates including service pack 3. Now when trying to add an appointment to
the Calendar, it won't open and I get error: "The form used to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."
Also, when opening an existing appointment I get error: "The custon form
could not be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. The form
required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
adminstrator."
Don't know how to resolve this and am not sure if it is caused by the new
service pack upgrade, or if it has something to do with the Lenovo security
software.
Thanks.
