I have a user that's using Outlook 2003 (with Exchange Server 2003). When she
opens an appointment with an attached e-mail, she can double-click on the e-mail to open it. If she then closes the e-mail, but not the calendar appointment, and tries to re-open the e-mail, she gets an error that says: The operation failed. She's running Windows XP SP2, and I have already re-created her Outlook profile and her user profile, to no avail. If I set her account up on another PC, this error doesn't happen. If she closes the calendar appointment and re-opens it, she can then open the attached e-mail. Any ideas? |
