Hi
I'm in London and want to schedule a meeting with someone in Boston. When I click on New | Meeting request I see that he's free at 3:00pm and so am I ... but that's useless information as 3pm my time is 10:00am my time. So instead of seeing the UK time of 3:00pm for both of us I'd like to see two times - 3:00pm==10:00 am. Is that possible? Thanks Bennie London |

Last I checked Outlook adjusted for time zones between attendees.

Thanks Vince
Outlook shows free time for 3:00pm for both of us. Is it in fact showing me the guy in Boston's free time at at 3:00pm London time, or as at 3:00pm Boston time? I'm guessing it's 3PM your time, 10AM Boston (EDT)
