How can I add a DL to a recurring meeting invite (and keep active members
invited), but exclude certain people? If I invite the DL, then remove the one person from the recurring meeting, then update the invitations as we go along, will it continue to send that person "Cancel" notices? The catch is, I don't want to "expand" the DL and lose the fact that it is a living DL. I want to keep the DL intact, so that as people join the DL in the future, they will automatically be invited to my meeting. Using Outlook 2003. Thank you. |
