can't open this item unable to open the free/busy information
Environment: Exchange 2003, Windows XP and Outlook 2002.
When a User tries to access calendar of another user (who uses Blackberry) while he is off, Show fine in scheduler but cannot open the calendar. Error message 'can't open this item unable to open the free/busy information'. Once the blackberry user is back in office, works fine.
