Default Booking Future Meetings

Hi,

I'm trying to book a meeting with 2 colleagues for sometime in May. However
when I go into the scheduling tab for the meeting, and add both their names
from the address book, every day in their calendar from May 1st is hashed
out, i.e. no information (white background with \\\\\ lines in). I've spoken
to the colleagues and they have both said that they have nothing scheduled
at all in May, so I don't understand why their calendar is saying there is
no information. Does Outlook only display a certain number of months in
advanced? If so is it possible to change?

We're using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2003 system

Cheers

Ben

it publishes 2 months in advance and it's controlled by each user - tools,
options, calendar options.
