The calendar is a shared calendar. My user is a delegate and sends these
meeting requests on behalf of her boss. Sometimes these show up in his calendar and sometimes they do not. If you have not applied SP2 yet, you'll want to do that. It fixed a host of common calendar problems. But if you use Blackberry or Goodlink, check with them first for an update for the server, before applying SP?
