I just had Outlook 2003 installed yesterday and find not being able to print
the active task list on the daily calendar print out most unhelpful. Having to put tasks on a separate page really limits the usefulness of the daily calendar for me. The only way I could make it work was to delete all completed tasks so I no longer have a record of them. Has anyone come up with a better way to edit what prints in the task pane on the daily calendar? "Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook" wrote: I don't print much so don't take this as the only option! But I think you may have to do the tailored Tasks printing separately to the calendar printing. Basically, set up the Tasks and print these. Then print the Calendar separately. Have a look at slipstick.com as Sue Mosher has a lot of printing information there. Judy Gleeson, MVP Outlook "cragger2" wrote in message ... Judy - I saw your response. I have what I think is the same question, but I haven't yet been successful. My view on the screen only shows active tasks, but when I go to print (single day, trifold, etc.) within my calendar the task section still shows ALL tasks whether completed, old, active, etc. I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have. Thanks. "Judy Gleeson" wrote: Adjust the view of your TaskPad to Active Tasks for Selected days. If that's not enough, tailor the view of your TaskPad. I'd like to be able to have only my current day's tasks show in the taskpad when printing a calendar in the Daily Style (rather than all the tasks I have on my task list). Is this possible? Thank you for any help! |
