Default Outlook should help manage mtg process, mtg prep, notes, storage

Meetings are a way of life. I would like to be able to initiate a meeting,
prepare meeting content, take notes, issue minutes, take and track action
items through resolution all tracked back to the original meeting.

I'm trying to do this now using Franklin Covey PlanPlus PowerNotes (think
mini-One Note) and print the meeting out to PowerNotes and then add typed
notes to it. One thing that is still missing is the ability to have the
attendees listed (and the ability to check off who attended and who didn't ).

Many knowledge workers spend their day in meetings, virtually or otherwise,
and Outlook is our primary Office tool, please integrate the functionality to
deliver meeting management end to end.
