how do i make meetings appear tenatively in other's calendars?
When i arrange meetings with other people in the office some peoples calendar
add's the meeting in tenatively while in others the meeting doesnt appear at all. Is it possible to change a setting or something so that meetings will automatically go into all invitees calendars automatically? If so, how do i do this?
