Using Outlook 2003 SP-2 (we're on an exchange server), the Scheduling
Director will set up a meeting for our Executive Office. Calendars are all controlled by the secretaries. The calendars of the head of our agency and his chief of staff show the meetings immediately as tentative. The calendar for the first deputy, however does not always show the meeting as tentative and in some cases his secretary must input the meeting manually. All of her settings are the same as mine and this feature works on my calendar. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
