Default Accepting meetings

We have a user that can not accept meetings for her boss. She gets the
meeting request in her inbox and double clicks on the request and gets
"unable to open meeting item...Can't open Calendar for user ...Item could
not be found". We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. Any help would be
appreciated. Thank you.
