Default accessing a calendar from two computers

We just installed two computers in our office and we access a third computer
(M drive) (acting as a modified network) for all of our files, including our
calendar. How do I access that calender on the M drive from either of the
two new computers we installed in the office. It is important that both of
the new computers can see the calendar and make changes to it. Can I tell my
outlook on the new computers to look at the M drive for files and look at the
calendar that way? Or do I have to export to a pst file and transfer to one
of the new computers and only one of the new computers will have access to
the calendar? The same question applies to our need to access the e-mail.

Thank you

It's not recommended but you can put your PST (Personal Folders) file on a
network share but be aware that only one machine can have it open at any one
time.
