Default Delegate permissions doesn't work

Hello

My boss has delegated the calendar to me, I have the editor permissions , i
can see all the meeting requests and i can accept or decline , however when
someone is sending a private meeting request , i'm not able to receive it. i
can't see any meeting request at all. however my another boss has delegated
the same permissions and i can see the private meeting requests as well...

and i have checked .. all the settings seems normal..

any ideas?
