what version do you have and why do you want to do this? There are some nice
Calendar features that may do a better job for you. Ms. Gleeson,
Our county is using the Outlook 2003 with the exchange server. I have a vice principal in my county that would like to take events from her Principal's calendar and make them part of her calendar and vis-versa. They have their rights set up for permission to access each other's calendars. I am VERY interested to learn more about your suggestions. Your time and response are appreciated. Thanks you, Jaime -- Thank you, Jaime "Judy Gleeson (MVP Outlook)" wrote: what version do you have and why do you want to do this? Thank you for the response. How do you copy several appointments at one
time, without duplicating? -- Thank you, Jaime "Brian Tillman" wrote: Jaime wrote: What is the best way to get person's calendar events to show up on another person's calendar? Copying the appointments from one calendar to the other is one way. -- Brian Tillman |
