Default Merging calendars?

I have three users that would like to merge their individual calendars into
one shared calendar. Is this a possibility? If not, does anyone have any
other suggestions that might be an alternative to their request?

Thanks...

Open the source calendar, select all items with CTRL-A, click editCopy to
Folder, and specify the shared calendar as the destination.

An alternative is for them to use the Group Schedules to see when others are
available. This is in 2002 and 2003. It's a button to the left of Today
button when you are in the Calendar. Try it out.
