Hi,
Any advice on this problem would be appreciated. ![]() Problem: Client has Publishing Editor permissions to the /xx/xx/xCalendar in the Public Folders. She is unable to see any calendar items beyond the current date. Whenever she creates an item on a later date, it appears on the current date, even though opening that item shows the later date. She is unable to move items from one day to another. Troubleshooting: I’ve removed her Publishing Editor permissions, and even though she was seeing the calendar as a Reviewer (read-only) she could not see any calendar items beyond the current date. I gave her Owner permissions to maybe trump the Publishing Editor permissions, and that didn’t work. In between these changes, I had the PC Support Tech restart the workstation... just because. The problem has been replicated on a separate workstation, so there’s something linked to her domain account that’s not allowing her to completely access the Calendar. Others in her office do not have this problem. Client is unsure when this problem started occurring, but it had worked before. |
