Categories on a public folder Calendar
How can I have the categories I added to a calendar which is in a public
folder be applicable to all the people who accede to the same calendar and have it the default appointment template

Categories on a public folder Calendar
Use a custom form such as the one at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/reqcat.htm as the default form for the folder.
