Where to learn how to create a custom template for a calendar appointment?
Am a cardiologist and want to create an appointment template for patient data
needed to schedule an appt for a procedure. I assume would put in one of the
folders. Have office with both outlook 03 and 07 and exch server 03.

thanks. looks good. does your book cover outlook 2007 forms? I have tried
to change the first tab of an appointment (change the 'Subject' to 'Patient',
'Location' to 'Procedure' but am unable. Is it possible? I didn't see it
in my beginning look at this site.

As the second page I suggested would tell you, the first page of the appointment form cannot be customized.

I will have a new book out in the spring on Outlook 2007 that includes a brief introduction to the concept of form regions, a new feature in Outlook 2007 that would allow you to add a collapsible pane to the bottom of the first page of the appointment form. You can read about it in the Outlook 2007 developer Help.
