Default employee holiday chart

Am new to Outlook, want to set up employee holiday chart, I assume setting up
a calendar for this is best way . I want to record days taken and days
remaining for each person (there are 10 in total) if possible. Would
appreciate ideas/help. Thanks

If you have MS Exchange, I suggest using a Public Folder Calendar. People
can put their holidays in themselves (or you can do it - depends on the
permissions you set). They can then all see it (if that's useful).

If no one else needs to see the Calendar, you could just make a sub-folder
of your Calendar and call it Staff Leave. That's easier!

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
