give me the posibility to change the time zone of the apointment
I am using office 2003. and I greated at the biginning of the year a set of
recurring appointments that will span the whole year. the in Montreal time zone (GMT -4). Now when the daylight saving period is over and now it became (GMT -5) microsoft office assumes I have travelled to another time zone and adjusted all these appointment to reflect the old time zone of the appointment. (example: my class is from 5:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m every day. Now microsoft office made it 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m with the assumption that I have changed my time zone.) The solution required is : 1- fix the appointment for the same time zone with daylight saving on or off. 2- give me the option to update the recurrency time zone and appointment time and resave it. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
