Default setting up calendar as resource in public folder (Urgent)

We have Exchange 2003 Enterprise server. Our clients a outlook 2003,
2000, 2002 (all different version of outlook at this time). I need to be able
to set up a calendar as resource which will be available in public folder.
This resource calendar will be invited to the meetings and be able to auto
response to meeting acceptance. I have to restrict access to view this
calendar only to certain people. Can anyone please guide me to the right
direction ASAP. I have to accomplish this by Monday, October 16th. Thanks.

Public folders are not designed to have that role. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm
