Default Importing Oracle data into an Outlook calendar

I have been asked to import data from our Oracle database into a shared
calendar in Outlook. The data is basically course title, course dates and
instructor. I need to make it so whenever data is inserted into Oracle or
modified in Oracle, it gets added or modified in Outlook (ie. the Outlook
calendar is a duplicate of the Oracle calendar). Does anyone know if this is
doable and how? I mainly code in PL/SQL and JSP.
