Default Sharing Multiple Calendars

I can share my original calendar, but any other calendar I create I cannot
seem to share. Or at least they are not showing up with the shared users of
my original calendar.

How do I share multiple calendars? Please be as detailed as possible as I am
a total nincompoop with computers.

Thanks,
Wendi

Default Sharing Multiple Calendars

To access a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on the File | Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the mailbox owner needs to grant "folder visible" permission to the root of the mailbox and any other parent folders of the shared folder, as well as appropriate permission -- at least Reviewer -- on the shared folder itself.

The user who needs access then goes into Tools | E-mail Accounts or Tools | Services (depending on the Outlook version), brings up the properties for the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox.

For more information on folder permissions, with how-to screen shots, see http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/permissions.htm and http://office.microsoft.com/assistan...HA011134811033

But when does one of those not listed show up to add? I can't find the calendar in the Advanced tab.

I'll try again, my previous message may or may not have went through?
Sue, Hi. I enjoyed your site.
I do have a problem, we have multiple calendars that are shared and can be
accessed by the users to post meetings.
I believe some permissions are read only and for others you can make
changes, edit labels.

A new calendar was added by the Exchange Server Admin. but I can't edit the
Labels to the Calendar, I can add events.
Can you help?

Only someone with Owner permission on a folder can edit its color labels.

Can you set up just a calendar versus a mailbox in Outlook?
My Admin says I have the highest permission.
