Default Groove to Outlook/Failure to Synchronize

1. I have to use Groove as main calendar because synchronization if one-way:
Groove to Outlook.
2. Sometimes Groove synchs, sometimes it doesn't for days.
3. I used to manage this by turning the "Synch to outlook" radio button on
and off. Now Groove hangs when I check the button to ON. In this case, I have
to go to the Task Manager to turn off the Groove process.

Is there some download or fix to either Outlook or Groove that might help?

Thanks/Joe
