I have Outlook 2000 on my computer and my wife has 2002. When my wife sends
me a appointment the email containing the iCalendar is all text. I saw in another post that this was a problem is fixed by the Outlook 2000 post-SP3 hotfix addressed by... http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823199 The other post says to contact Microsoft Product Support Services to get the hotfix, but of course, this is going to cost $35. Is there a place I can get this hotfix without paying $35? I guess I don't understand why M$ is charging for this hotfix while others are free. Thanks...John |
