I'm having issues with opening meetings or adding meetings for 10 users in
outlook 2003. I get the following error: "Can't open this item. Unable to open free /busy information". Issue all started when I was moving the 10 users mailbox to another storage group. All the moves were successful. Users noticed they couldn't access the calendar items. I already ran the clean free busy and was not successful. I moved the 10 users all back to the original locations. Checked permissions on the calendars. Last option was to run the reset folders in Exchange server 2003. Issue isnt fixed. Any ideas? We are using Exchange 2003 sp2 and outlook 2003. |
