Default Voting Buttons - Multiple Responses

Is there a way to use the voting buttons and allow multiple responses to not
trigger mutliple emails? For ex.] we are sending out invites for a Board mtg
asking them to indicate their attendance at various functions during the mtg
and would like to use the voting buttons; however, the test runs generate an
email for each voting button selected. If it can't be accomplished with
voting buttons, is there another way? Thanks!

No, that's not the way voting buttons work. If you have InfoPath, that might be a good way to conduct such a poll. There are also web-based services to do that. I'd recommend all those solutions before trying to conduct a survey with Outlook custom form, especially not knowing your OUtlook version or mail environment.
