Voting Buttons - Multiple Responses
Is there a way to use the voting buttons and allow multiple responses to not
trigger mutliple emails? For ex.] we are sending out invites for a Board mtg asking them to indicate their attendance at various functions during the mtg and would like to use the voting buttons; however, the test runs generate an email for each voting button selected. If it can't be accomplished with voting buttons, is there another way? Thanks! |
Voting Buttons - Multiple Responses
No, that's not the way voting buttons work. If you have InfoPath, that might be a good way to conduct such a poll. There are also web-based services to do that. I'd recommend all those solutions before trying to conduct a survey with Outlook custom form, especially not knowing your OUtlook version or mail environment.
