One of our Exec. Secs. wants to print a very bare bones daily calendar. She
only wants time-scheduled appointments and their locations to print. I walked her through using the Calendar Details Style and filtering out "All Day Events". This is close to what she is looking for, but she would also like to have it print without any of the associated "detailed" information, showing only the Time, Appointment Name and Location. I could not find a way to filter out the additional information. Is such a thing possible? Our plant runs Office 2003 on Windows XP. Thank you, Tammy DCPP RA |
