Default folder view small navigation calendar above all folder

I'm trying to get rid of the small navigational calendar's in the top left
corner above the title folder list.
How do I do that.

I don't think there's any way of doing that. You can move it to the right
side and have the TaskPad under it. That's all.
Have you realised that it may be useful? You can wipe a date range and see
meetings on those days. Also CTRL Click lets you selelct any days and view
the Calendar.

I'm assuming you're using Outlook 2003, but you don't say. The Date
Navigator will appear in some views of the Navigation Pane and not in
others. If you switch from the Calendar view to the Folders List view, for
example, it will appear, but as soon as you select a folder to display, it
will vanish. Go back to the Calendar view and it will reappear. At least,
that's how it works for me.
