My mobile PC 8125 down't allow me to sync ny calendar with my Windows XP
desk pc. I can't back-up my information to my desk top. Quite frustrating,
especially if the Mobile loses info.

What do you mean by "won't let me"? What version of Outlook? What version
of ActiveSync (if that's what you're using)?

I have Outlook 2003 and Active Sync 4.1. The computer says that it won't accept the information. I'm not sure if it is recognizing the 'name' that i have listed on the program and i can't figure out how to get to the basic information to see what it does say!

Try posting to microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync - that is a problem your
synching software is having and they may know of a fix.

That's the exact text of the error message? "The computer won't accept the
information"?

Try deleting the old partnership and creating a new one. You should
consider using the built-in backup (if there is one) in your PDA and also
your PST in Outlook (if you use one) prior to doing so.
