I have a group schedule, and access to several of my colleagues' calendar.
In group schedule some of the appointments are blue even though they are not private and if I open my colleagues calendar I can read the appointment, but not when I'm in the group schedule, why are some of them blue and some open in group schedule, even when they are not marked private. (it's not appointments far in the future). Can someone help -- LTJ |

Blue means busy, not private. I'm not clear on just what you're seeing as a problem here.

The problem is, I can usually see the text, why they are busy, i.e. a
meeting, but then suddenly a few weeks ahead in time it's all blue and I cannot see why they are busy. I understand blue is busy, but when you have been giving access by them to their calendar, appointments only have a smallblue thing in the beginning of the appointment and then you see the text of the appointment. But these appointments are all blue, I cannot read the text in the group schedule, only if I OPEN their calendar. The appointmenst should only be all blue if people have marked the Private box, and this is not the case. Other colleagues of mine have also wondered why it's like this in the group schedule. Hope you understand the problem, kind of hard when you can't show an example. LTJ "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Blue means busy, not private.
