Default Adding a shared calendar to shortcut pane in Outlook 2000

A client has 2 new people on her calendar. She can access the calendars but
wants them in her shortcut pane. She doesn't have them in her folders.
Normally i would just drag them into the shortcuts from the folders but how
do i do it if they aren't in her folder list?

Thanks

Chris

What do you mean by "2 new people on her calendar"?

She can use the Open a Shared Calendar link in the Calendar navigation pane.

She can open the calendar. The problem she has is she wants it as a shortcut
on the shortcut pane to save her time.

Opening the calendar should automatically add it to Calendar navigation pane's list of other user's calendars. If she wants a shortcut in the Shortcuts pane, she'll need to add the mailbox to her Exchange account so that it's visible in the folder list.
