Default Adding a public calendar to the navigation pane?

I know how to add a public calendar using favorties, but is there a way to
add it to the navigation pane? My coworkers were using Outlook 2000 before
and it was as simple as dragging the public calendar (or whatever folder) to
the navigation pane.

Outlook Bar (Outlook 2000) options are not available in Outlook 2003.

Drag it to Public Folders\Favorites and it should appear in the Calendar nav pane automatically.
