A user requests this functionality in Outlook2003/Exchange2003:
He sends out a meeting request to 25 people. He gets a lot of responses, some are empty, others contain a comment like "I will be 20 minutes late". All responses look the same in his inbox, they all have the same icon, they all have subject like "Accepted: Meeting thursday....". Q: How can he quickly separate responses with or without content, not having to browse all responses? Rules, different colors, display settings, any ideas? Best regards Peter |
