When accessing a particular persons calendar, first of all no
appointments or anything else are displayed in the default view. If you click onto another date and click back to the current date, then the appointments do appear. But when I attempt to print it, I get a blank calendar again on the print and print preview. To clarify: I open my outlook - I open "other users folder" and select the user and calendar - it opens the calander in the current weekly view with no appointments on them - I select a different date or date or week or month and I see all the appointments and when I click back on the current week I see the appointments - However I try to print\print preview, I get a blank calendar with no appointments. This happens on all the other pcs that I have tried on and only seems to affect this particular persons calendar. I have checked the filters on the calendar and I have checked all the rights and permissions. I have looked through other posts theat have this problem but none of which have a fix on them. Please could someone help? |
