Default dropped meeting in Outlook

I have been receiving complaints from users that have had dropped meetings in
outlook. I have noticed that some have Outlook 2000 and others have Outlook
2003. this is on an Exchange Server 2003. Thank you. Oh some of these users
are also using TREOs. I dont know if that would make a difference.
