Default Convert Email directly to Calendar Item

Emails often arrive that are not posted as calendar requests, or they arrive
with substantive information or attachments and times that should accompany
a calendar item. Instead of creating a new apointment and copying and
pasting, have a right click feature of hot button the "converts to calendar
item." You enter in the times and it pushes out of the inbox and to your
calendar as requested, body text and all.

That seems already to be available. Open the Calendar in a new window. On
the calendar, select the time you want, then, back in the Inbox window,
right-click and drag the mail message to that time slot.
