Maybe, depending on what you mean by "a group calendar requesting only out-of-office meetings."

Group Calendar - out of office only
Sue,
When you set up a meeting, Outlook allows for showing the meeting time as either: - free (no colour) - tentative (diagonal blue line) - busy (solid blue) - out-of-office (burgundy) - or at least those are the colours in our system!! We would like to use outlook (if possible) as an In/Out Calendar for our department. I tried the group function and found that it simply amalgamated all calendars/all appointments, but I only want to import those appointments that take people out of the office (the burgundy ones) as we want a central tracking of Ins/Outs. Does that clarify my question? Also, we are using Outlook 2003. And if this is not possible in Outlook, are there any other MS apps that might accomodate this? Thanks again. It clarifies your intent, but not necessarily your question. The group schedule feature performs no importing and has no ability to filter appointments based on any criteria, including free/busy state. You might need to use one of the tools listed at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm

Group Calendar - out of office only
Sue,
Thanks for that link - I'll look into it. Do you know if Outlook 2007 has/will have any of these filtering capabilities? Thanks.
