I work for a Fortune 100 and am buried in meetings. The following scenario
drives us nuts. Someone sets up a reoccurring meeting for a long term project. After a few months the originator changes teams and deletes the meeting from his or her calendar. At this point the meeting has no owner. Without an owner the meeting can not be deleted or moved. The originator can not reclaim the meeting and it is effectively an orphan. Now emails are going everywhere to cancel meetings and then the new meeting requests. It is a ugly mess for big teams. Ideas???? I assume that there is no solution and am not happy with that answer. |
