How do I share my Outlook Calendar amongst my co workers so we can see when
we each have meetings and appointments?

You can certainly create a public folder containing a calendar, but not _your_ calendar. Your calendar will always be the Calendar folder in your delivery location, usually your Exchange mailbox.
